L'histoire

Jeanne a le coeur brisé par les agissements de son ex petit-ami. Sa mère juge nécessaire de l’éloigner quelques temps. Elle l’envoie chez sa tante dans la vallée de la Roya, à la frontière italienne. Jeanne va alors découvrir l'engagement de sa tante, militante active qui tente comme de nombreuses autres personnes d’aider les migrants à passer la frontière italienne pour entrer en France . Au contact des «migrants» et des «aidants» elle va se reconstruire, tout comme eux elle va trouver un havre de paix.

Une mutation génétique qui ne touche que quelques adolescentes au départ, remet en cause toute la société.
Ces jeunes filles ont une pilosité qui se propage sur tout le corps et développent des capacités attribuées aux chats d’où le surnom qu’elles se donnent « Félines ».
Il semblerait que l’Histoire ne nous ait rien appris puisque les monstruosités se répètent : mise à l’écart, rejet, extrémisme, camps de travaux, etc.

L'histoire

L’histoire se déroule sur l’île de Ré en 1920. Léon vit seul avec sa mère depuis que son père est parti à la guerre et n’en est pas revenu. Sa passion, c’est la pêche. Un matin, il trouve un homme échoué sur la plage. Un homme à la peau noire ! Tierno, Sénégalais, va retrouver peu à peu la mémoire, expliquer à ses hôtes comment il a été arraché à sa famille pour aller faire la guerre ici en France comme tirailleur et comment son navire a sombré alors qu’il repartait enfin vers son pays après 6 ans d’absence.

L'histoire

L'histoire met en scène deux cités que tout oppose. Les riches de la Cité blanche, ultra protégés et hyper connectés qui soumettent aux pauvres de la Cité Bleue, leurs lois. Le lecteur suit le parcours de Jade, une jeune femme issue de la Cité Bleue et de son enfant adopté, Gingo. Or les Adoptés ne sont pas des enfants comme les autres, car ils servent avant tout d'objets d'étude pour les scientifiques. Mais Jade parviendra à aimer Gingo comme son propre fils dont le combat est de conduire la Cité Bleue à la rébellion.
